Massage Therapy

Providing massage therapy with over 20 years experience. Offering traditional Swedish massage, Ashiatsu massage, Pregnancy massage as well as Crainiosacral therapy. We are registered and licensed with the government of Ontario. Click to learn more about our massage therapy services.

Pilates

Stott Pilates builds long, lean muscles, and strengthens your core and stability. Stott Pilates training heightens you body awareness which complements our Osteopathy and Massage treatments. At Knead to Balance we are proud to offer Osteopathy, Massage Therapy and Pilates in one location.
